No Harm To Try But Carefully

First of all, congratulation to us which react so fast and sensitive to everything. In 1998, while our capital, Kuala Lumpur facing heavy traffic problems, then we bought the traffic light cameras. It causes us more than 50 million, I guest. The equipments had claims can over seen the traffic, reduce traffic police duty and manage the traffic well. After six month the cameras had put up at every traffic light in town, we are facing with comments, thousands, likes it’s not my car, my car is stolen 5 years ago, I had sold my car a decade, registration number is for my motorbike not lorry. A persons or a group which responsible for buying the millions equipments start selling theirs reasons. They are trying to defend the buy. And yet, the equipments is causes us hevorks, wasted money which could build up six vision school, and now, what happens to millions equipments?The towers along the highway are another example. How mush the towers cause us? Since last year, the policeman did not up to the towers (I’m not since them at Seremban Tower) . But last Chinese New Year, they are there. The traffic problems still not solve, yet become worse. Suddenly, we are shocking with shaking towers with not fit to be man for. 24 of them. Ughhhhh. I assume the towers will not there anymore in the next three years. It is still there, it will not manning by the police but by anybody who’s around the towers. I’m too excited with the decision to locate a policeman in the bus. That’s creative ideas and too outside the box. Beside that, I do have sympathy with the policeman. Pity them. They are having heavy loads of jobs to be done, already.I wish somebody probably scholars will make a study or giving an assignment to theirs students to study the ideas. If it works and effective, a person who bone the ideas should get the medal. The point is, we should not jumping here and there like ‘ulat nangka’ without making a study. Because our decision will cause millions of money. If benefits us, vallent good but so far it is waste. On the other hand, no harm to try the creative ideas. We should copy the Tsunami Block project by Japanese Government. They take years to study, built up hundreds of mock up to try. Redefine, readjust, retry for betterment. And the project proven well-done and they value their money.
