Polishing Policies

Last week popular issues is 'Myvi for MYCARD applicants is childish'. Who is childish? You or myself or us? Actually our citizens is to smart and full of intelligence. Anything under the sky which created by the previous leaders or directors which we had taken the post, is not right enough. We are the man to correct the mistakes. The current polisies or prosedure is not suit or unlogicall. So we should change it or cancel it and make a new one, THE GOLD or THE ABSOLUTE one. Then, we change it without realise others who became victims to the new intructions, policies etc. Are we polishing policies? Do you think by cancel or make changes, is the right to do? Do you thing that the peoples, who created the instructions is so stupid and they did not discussed at all? The peoples, our subbordibates, workers, clerks etc just ajust their self toward the policies requirement. Some of them spend moneys, energy and effort. Then come a HERO and created new requirements, so call the right one to follows.

The problems is we too intelligence, and too smart. Sometimes, it is good to think outside the box but the question here, how far your idea outside the box. Too close, to far, not so far but peoples think you are childish or whatever. Because of us, somebody have to start again or to realign their life circle.
